Our TKD Kidz programme builds physical agility, control, and resilience to help your child excel.

Taekwon-do (10+)

Our Junior Taekwon-do helps kids maximise their physical and intellectual capabilities in a stable and nurturing environment.

Youth Boxing (10-14)

Children who learn to box can gain numerous benefits such as improved physical fitness, coordination, and self-discipline. It can also help to build self-confidence and promote social skills through teamwork and sportsmanship. Additionally, boxing can provide a constructive outlet for releasing energy and managing stress, while teaching important values such as respect, responsibility, and perseverance.

Kickboxing

Studying kickboxing is something that anybody – at any age or fitness level – can do. Kickboxing classes are fun, empowering, and provide a great workout for adults. Whether you want to defend yourself, lose weight, or just have fun, our Kickboxing classes have something to offer.

Jiu-Jitsu

Japanese Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that emphasizes grappling techniques to subdue an opponent using joint locks, throws, and immobilization. It also incorporates strikes and pressure points for self-defense. Its principles are based on redirecting an attacker's energy and using minimal force to achieve maximum effect.
