Service Description
Welcome to our Boxing Fundamentals classes! These classes run once a month. Select 'Book Now' to see next available class. In these classes, everyone is a beginner. We can help teach the fundamentals of your chosen combat sport to those on the same level as you. Giving you the skills to confidently join in our regular classes. We limit the size of these fundamentals classes, in order to really concentrate on your technique, and give you the confidence to join our regular classes. To see available times, select 'Book Now. If you are unable to make those times, hit the chat button in the bottom right of the screen, and we'll find a way to help. Our regular class times for after you've completed a fundamentals class are: Boxing: Monday - Thursday @ 7:30pm
